People passion, customer focus, lifelong learning

Having grown up in a winery in the south-west of Germany, I learned about the importance of customer focus, a motivated team as well as cultivating a curious and entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. Among others, these values have been guiding principles ever since.

After completing high school, I wanted to study abroad and pursued my B.A. and M.Sc. in the Netherlands and an exchange semester in South Korea. Later on, I wanted to learn more about the legal facts and implications within Human Resources and pursued a LL.M. in labour law in Germany.

I started my professional career at McKinsey & Company, where I found my passion for recruiting and people development. Over the span of 9 years, I truly enjoyed working in local and global people functions in Germany, Austria and the Middle East. During this time, I also discovered my interest in coaching. I completed my coaching apprenticeship at isb (Institute for systemic coaching) and subsequently joined McKinsey’s global coaching pool as coach.

From 2021 - 2024 I was part of AUCTUS, a European Private Equity Fund, as their Chief People Officer. In 2024, I joined Hengeler Mueller, a German law firm, as Director HR Legal to continue following my passion to attract, recruit, retain and develop top talent with a great team.
